Mindful Movement is a dance fitness class created especially for adults by professional dancers, Dance Plant Collective. Combining elements from contemporary dance, ballet, yoga and pilates; this class will stretch, strengthen and move you in new ways.

Improve your fitness, sculpt your body and find a deeper mind and body connection. These classes are suitable for beginners to advanced: we provide fun and challenging options for any level! Start your day mindfully, and flow along with us to some great music!

Term 4: 9 week block

Where: Old Folks Association- 8 Gundry Street, Auckland

When: Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am

Cost: $15 per class

Who: Open to anyone!
