Natasha grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. She practiced Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary Dance from a young age and went on to study a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance at Unitec Institute of Technology from 2014-2016. During her time at Unitec, Natasha worked with many leading New Zealand and International practitioners as well as an amazing group of artists who she spent her 3 years with. Natasha has worked as a freelancer dancer and choreographer on multiple shows and performances around New Zealand. Most recently, Natasha has worked as a core member of Dance Plant on numerous full length and short works and site specific performances both in a choreographic and performance role.
Her interests lie in the experimentation of cross-discipline and multi media work, specifically works which highlight political, environmental, and human issues.
