Dance Plant Collective offer a range of classes open to dance professionals as well as beginners and those interested in movement. We also provide workshops and holiday programs for youth and are available to facilitate workshops and classes at festivals.

Mindful Movement is a dance fitness class created especially for adults by professional dancers, Dance Plant Collective. Combining elements from contemporary dance, ballet, yoga and pilates; this class will stretch, strengthen and move you in new ways.
Improve your fitness, sculpt your body and find a deeper mind and body connection. These classes are suitable for beginners to advanced: we provide fun and challenging options for any level! Start your day mindfully, and flow along with us to some great music!
